黄金矿山企业合同制临时工队伍现状及管理对策——以湖南黄金集团有限责任公司为例

Status quo and management strategies of contractual temporary workers in gold mining enterprises—A case study of Hunan Gold Group Co.,Ltd.

  • 摘要: 人是生产力的第一要素,科学合理地利用、发挥好人力资源的作用,是企业获得最佳效益的重要因素。结合湖南黄金集团有限责任公司下属子公司合同制临时工队伍的现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了合同制临时工队伍管理的对策,为矿山企业做好合同制临时工的管理,更好地发挥合同制临时工在企业经济建设和可持续发展中的作用提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Human is the primary factor of productivity.The scientific and rational play of human resources is an important factor for enterprises to obtain the best benefits.Based on the status quo of the contractual temporary workers in the subsidiary company of Hunan Gold Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper has analyzed the existing problems,and has put forward the management strategies for the contractual temporary workers so as to provide references for mining enterprises with managing skills and help the contractual temporary workers play better in economic constructions as well as sustainable development of enterprises.
