Abstract: Safety production is the basis of survival and development of mining enterprises,while safety management is the eternal theme of mines.The mine safety management is a systematic project.The construction of effective mine safety management system is the basis for the long-term safety mechanism construction in mines.The paper introduced the construction and practice of 211 safety management system in Qianhe Gold Mine,focused on the elimination of the insecure behavior of human beings and insecure status of things,stressed on the prevention and control of safety,enhanced safety thinking education to eliminate risks to construct intrinsic safe mines and achieved satisfactory results.The study can be referred to by similar mines in mine safety management.
