某黄金矿山低浓度含氰废水处理技术研究

Technical research on the treatment of low-concentration cyanide wastewater in a gold mine

  • 摘要: 针对某黄金矿山低浓度含氰废水开展氰化物去除试验研究,分别考察过氧化氢氧化法、亚铁盐沉淀法、因科法和生物氧化液法处理效果。结果表明:4种方法均能将总氰化合物处理至0.5 mg/L以下,其中生物氧化液法不产生药剂成本,亚铁盐沉淀法药剂成本仅为0.10 元/m3。从工艺可行性方面考虑,生物氧化液法需要控制溶液pH值为6,不易实现,推荐采用亚铁盐沉淀法。生物氧化液法为矿山企业处理低浓度含氰废水提供了一个新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Experimental study on cyanide removal from low-concentration cyanide wastewater in a gold mine is carried out,investigating the treatment performance of hydroperoxide oxidation,ferrous salt precipitation,INCO and biooxidation solution method.The results show that the 4 methods all can lower the total cyanide below 0.5 mg/L.The biooxidation solution method doesn’t generate reagent cost while the ferrous salt precipitation reagent cost is merely 0.10 yuan/m3.In terms of feasibility,the pH in the biooxidation solution method should be controlled at 6 which is not easily reached,so the ferrous salt precipitation method is recommended.The biooxidation solution method provides a new perspective in the treatment of low-concentration cyanide wastewater for mining enterprises.
