高压辊磨机在赤峰柴矿公司的试验应用

Experimental application of high pressure roller mill in Chifeng Chaikuang company

  • 摘要: 针对赤峰柴矿公司生产中常规破碎工艺生产能力低、产品粒度粗等问题,在半工业试验的基础上,应用高压辊磨闭路筛分工艺,取得了良好的生产效果。生产实践证明:该工艺性能匹配合理,有效改善了选冶系统能耗结构,优化了生产指标,提高了生产能力,降低了生产成本,破碎生产能力提高了50 %,产品粒度P90由-11 mm 降至-6 mm,选冶生产成本降低了11.16 %,年节约成本近千万元,经济效益与社会效益显著。

     

    Abstract: The conventional crushing process has low productivity and coarse product grain in the production of Chifeng Chaikuang company.In light of that,based on semi-industrial test,closed-circuit high pressure roller mill screening process is applied and achieves good production performance.The production practice shows that the process performs fit,effectively improving the energy consumption structure of the metallurgical system,optimizing production index,improving productivity,lowering production cost,with the crushing productivity increased by 50 %,product grain P90 decreased from -11 mm to -6 mm,metallurgical production cost lowered by 11.16 %,saving nearly ten million yuan per year and creating significant social and economic profits.
