进路式充填采矿法充填挡墙优化设计与应用

Optimal design and application of filling retaining wall by drift and fill method

  • 摘要: 充填空区过程中,充填挡墙封闭作用十分重要,其设计与施工合理性直接影响了充填作业的安全与效率。从充填挡墙受压模拟试验入手,预测充填过程中充填挡墙的受力情况,基于理论计算,设计合理的充填挡墙厚度与充填挡墙结构参数,并进行了井下工程试验,取得了良好的效果,可为其他充填矿山设计安全、经济的充填挡墙提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the process of filling goafs,the sealing function of filling retaining wall is very important,and the rationality of its design and construction directly affects the safety and efficiency of filling operation.Based on the compression simulation test of the filling retaining wall,the stress imposed on the retaining wall in the filling process is predicted.Based on the theoretical calculation,the reasonable thickness and structural parameters of the retaining wall are designed.The underground engineering tests are carried out,and good results are obtained.The design can provide reference for safe and economical design for retaining wall in other filling mines.
