穿流压滤机在金翅岭氰化厂的应用

Application of through-flow filter in Jinchiling cyanidation plant

  • 摘要: 通过对穿流压滤机的入料压力、进料延时时间、吹风干燥时间等作业参数的研究,结合生产实际,确定入料压力0.40 MPa、进料延时时间350 s、吹风干燥时间200 s为穿流压滤机最优作业参数,并进行工业应用。工业应用结果表明:穿流压滤机比传统压滤机氰化尾渣品位降低0.03 g/t,滤饼水分降低7.1百分点,可节约含氰废水处理成本148.5万元/a,节约氰化钠购买费用42.24万元/a,节约氧化钙购买费用7.9万元/a,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。

     

    Abstract: The paper studies the operational parameters such as the feeding pressure,feeding latency,and blowing drying time of the through-flow filter.Based on production practice, the optimal operational parameters of the feeding pressure,feeding latency,and blowing drying time are decided to be 0.40 MPa,350 s,and 200 s respectively.Besides,industrial applications are carried out.The results show that compared to the conventional filter,the cyanide tailings grade is 0.03 g/t lower,and the water content is 7.1 percentage points lower in the through-flow filter.1 485 000 yuan/a can be saved for cyanide-containing wastewater treatment cost,422 400 yuan/a can be saved for sodium cyanide purchase,and 79 000 yuan/a can be saved for calcium oxide purchase.The application of the through-flow filter has achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
