云南某金银铁多金属氧化矿石氰化尾渣选铁试验研究

Experimental research on iron recovery from cyanide leaching residue of gold-silver-iron polymetallic oxide ores in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 以云南某金银铁多金属氧化矿石氰化尾渣为研究对象,根据其化学组分、物相组成、粒度分布等分析结果,确定采用分级脱泥—弱磁选—强磁选工艺处理。在最佳工艺条件下,获得了产率为8.49 %、TFe品位为64.15 %的磁铁精矿和产率为18.32 %、TFe品位为52.57 %的褐铁精矿,磁选TFe总回收率达到45.54 %。该工艺实现了氰化尾渣中铁的高效回收利用,资源综合利用水平得到提升。

     

    Abstract: The paper took the cyanide leaching residue of gold-silver-iron polymetallic oxide ores in Yunnan as the research subject.According to their chemical composition,physical composition and grain distribution,the process of pre-classification desliming-weak magnetic separation-intense magnetic separation is used to treat the ores.Under optimal conditions,the magnetite concentrate with productivity of 8.49 % and TFe grade of 64.15 % is obtained;the limonite concentrate with productivity of 18.32 % and TFe grade of 52.57 % is obtained;and the TFe recovery is 45.54 %.The process achieves efficient recovery and utilization of the iron from cyanide leaching residue,improves the level of comprehensive utilization of resources.
