特殊条件下露天矿山非常规爆破技术及其应用

Unconventional blasting technology in open-pit mines under special conditions and its application

  • 摘要: 针对某露天矿山局部区域因特殊条件不能开展常规炸药爆破方式进行采剥作业的问题,为保证露天采场采剥作业的持续性,参考、分析、比较国内外各类型矿山的非常规爆破方式,选取机械类、物化类破岩方式中的液压劈裂机+液压破碎锤、露天采矿机、鹰嘴型挖掘机和静态膨胀剂、液态惰性气体相变致裂技术等进行调研分析和现场试验。详细介绍了各类破岩方式的优缺点,并就其实际经济性与炸药爆破方式进行了对比。综合前期经济筛选、后期试验效果,结合现场实际岩性情况,可将液压劈裂机+液压破碎锤、鹰嘴型挖掘机、静态膨胀剂3种破岩方式进行有效组合。该类方法可在特殊条件下保证采剥作业的安全性,确保露天采场作业的持续性。

     

    Abstract: Due to special conditions in the local region of an open-pit stope,mining and stripping operation can not be carried out with conventional blasting methods.In order to ensure the continuity of the mining and stripping operation in the open stope,the mechanical and physical-chemical rock breaking methods,such as hydraulic splitter+hydraulic hammer,open-pit stopper,eagle beak shaped excavator and static swelling agent,liquid state inert gas phase change cracking technology,are selected through the reference,analysis and comparison of the unconventional blasting methods of various mines at home and abroad.The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of rock breaking methods are introduced in detail,and the actual economy and explosive blasting methods are compared.Based on the economic screening in the early stage and the experimental results in the later stage,as well as the actual site lithology,3 rock breaking methods including hydraulic splitter+hydraulic hammer,eagle beak shaped excavator and static swelling agent can be combined in an effective way.This kind of method can guarantee the safety of mining and stripping operation under special conditions and ensure the continuity of open-pit stope operation.
