某微细粒金氧化矿石工艺矿物学研究

Process mineralogy of a microfine gold oxide ore

  • 摘要: 为探索某金矿石工艺矿物学特性,采用MLA、化学分析等手段对该矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中金为唯一有价元素,品位为2.30 g/t,主要金属矿物为褐铁矿、赤铁矿,矿石工艺类型为角砾岩型微细粒金氧化矿石;金矿物以自然金为主,嵌布粒度以微、细粒为主,占86.08 %,嵌布状态主要为粒间金;因矿石中含有少量的碲化金矿物,对金浸出速度有一定影响。

     

    Abstract: To explore the process mineralogy of a gold ore,MLA and chemical analysis measures are taken to carry out systematic study on the process mineralogy of the ore.The results show that gold is the only valuable element in the ore and its grade is 2.30 g/t;the main metal minerals are limonite and hematite,and the process mineralogy type is breccia type microfine gold oxide ore; the gold mineral is dominated by native gold,the dissemination grain size is dominated by micro and fine particles which account for 86.08 % and the dissemination status is intergranular gold; the few gold telluride minerals in the ore have certain effect on gold leaching rate.
