某微细粒含金硫化矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental research on the beneficiation of a microfine grain gold-bearing sulfide ore

  • 摘要: 某微细粒含金硫化矿石金品位为2.01 g/t、硫品位为1.29 %。针对矿石中金矿物嵌布粒度细,主要以粒间金、包裹金等形式嵌布于黄铁矿及脉石矿物中等特点,进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明:在粗磨细度-0.074 mm占 85 %、再磨细度-0.038 mm占90 %及最佳药剂条件下,采用一次粗选、一次精选、三次扫选,粗精矿再磨,中矿部分集中返回的闭路浮选工艺流程,可获得产率3.26 %、金品位52.40 g/t、金回收率83.85 %的金精矿,浮选指标较为理想。

     

    Abstract: For a microfine grain gold-bearing sulfide ore,the gold grade is 2.01 g/t and the sulfur grade is 1.29 %.In view of the finely disseminated grain of gold minerals in the ore,which mainly exist in pyrite and gangue minerals in the form of intergranular gold and encased gold,the experimental study on flotation was carried out.The results show that with roughly ground grain -0.074 mm accounting for 85 %,reground grain -0.038 mm accounting for 90 % and the optimum dosage of other reagent,the process that the ore is through once roughing,once cleaning and three times scavenging,the roughing concentrate is reground,and the middling part gathers and returns to flotation closed-circuit flowsheet is adopted and can obtain the gold concentrates with productivity 3.26 %,gold grade 52.40 g/t,gold recovery rate 83.85 %.The flotation index is satisfying.
