基于矿冶固废的膏体充填工艺技术及其应用

Research on paste backfill technique using mining and smelting solid wastes and its application

  • 摘要: 充填工艺参数的合理性,是保障采场充填质量的核心,充填质量是保障充填采矿安全回采的关键。基于冶炼渣、尾砂等一般工业固体废物制备膏体充填料浆,通过测试充填材料的基本特性,并结合充填料浆相关特性试验结果,确定了最佳的充填工艺参数:假底层充填体强度3.0 MPa,接顶层充填体强度1.0 MPa;冶炼渣和尾砂质量比(3∶7)~(5∶5);充填料浆浓度74 %~78 %;假底层充填灰砂比1∶5,接顶层充填灰砂比1∶10;充填流量90~110 m3/h。结合矿山生产实际进行了充填系统方案设计,确定了核心工艺方案。最终经现场生产验证,所推荐充填工艺能够满足生产需求,且充填效果良好。

     

    Abstract: The rationality of filling process parameters is the core of ensuring the filling quality in stopes.The filling quality is the key to the safe extraction in filling mining process.Common industrial solid wastes such as smelting slag and tailings are used for the preparation of paste slurry.By testing the basic characteristics of filling materials,and based on the characteristics of paste slurry,the best filling process parameters were chosen:the filling body strength on artificial bottom layer is 3.0 MPa,the filling body strength on roof connection layer is 1.0 MPa;the mass ratio of smelting slag and tailings are (3∶7)-(5∶5);filling slurry concentration is 74 %-78 %;filling cement-sand ratio on artificial bottom layer is 1∶5,filling cement-sand ratio on roof connection layer is 1∶10;filling flow is 90-110 m3/h.The filling system scheme is designed according to the production practice in the mine,and the core process scheme is decided.Proved in field production,the recommended filling process can meet the production requirement,and the filling effect is good.
