黄山南铜镍矿切割槽快速形成技术及应用

Rapid cut-roove formation technology in Huangshannan Copper-Nickel Mine and its application

  • 摘要: 切割槽的形成速度直接影响采场投产的进度和效率。切割槽快速形成技术包括切割天井快速形成和深孔侧向爆破拉槽方式,而中深孔爆破一次成井法是切割天井安全快速掘进的有效途径,切割天井和自由面形成后,再进行阶段深孔侧向爆破拉槽。以黄山南铜镍矿为例,采用切割槽快速形成技术,应用效果较好。工程实践表明:切割槽快速形成技术,即采用切割天井快速形成+深孔侧向爆破拉槽的方式能够快速形成切割槽,该技术具有成井速度快,施工安全高效、成本低、劳动强度低、工作安全等优点,有助于矿山井下采场快速形成出矿能力,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The forming speed of cut-roove directly influence the progress and efficiency of stope development.The technology includes raise cutting and long-hole lateral blasting grooving,while the cut-aise formation by one medium-ong hole blasting technology is an effective way for safe and rapid cut-aise formation.After the formation of cut-raise and free surface,the staged full hole lateral blasting grooving is carried out.In the case study of Huangshannan Copper-Nickel Mine,the rapid cut-groove formation technology is adopted,and the application effect is good.The engineering practice show that the rapid cut-roove formation technology,that is to say rapid cut-aise formation+long-hole lateral blasting grooving can form cutgroove rapidly.The technology has the advantages of rapid raise formation,safe and efficient construction,low cost,low labor intensity,safe operation etc.The rapid cut-roove formation is helpful to the rapid formation of the ore drawing capacity of the underground stope.The study can be referred to by similar mines.
