细粒级尾矿流变特性及自流输送条件试验研究

  • 摘要: 某矿山采用细粒级尾矿进行充填,充填料浆浓度不稳定,易出现堵管或爆管事件,严重影响井下生产接续。开展了细粒级尾矿和胶结料浆的坍落度、扩展度、黏度及屈服应力试验。结合对采场充填基础参数分析与计算,可知管道阻力小于自然压头时即能实现自流输送。在确定胶结料浆浓度、流量、管径时,通过计算调整充填倍线实现自流输送,为现场充填自流输送提供了重要的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In a mine,fine-grained tailings are used for backfilling.However,the slurry concentration of the backfilling material is unstable,leading to pipe blockages or bursts,which seriously affects underground production continuity.Tests are conducted on the slump degree,spreadability,viscosity,and yield stress of fine-grained tailings,and combined with the analysis and calculation of the basic parameters of the stope backfilling.It can be seen that self-flowing transport can be achieved when the pipeline resistance is less than the natural pressure head.By calculating and adjusting the backfilling multiplier,self-flowing transport can be achieved by determining the concentration,flow rate,and diameter of the cemented slurry,providing an important theoretical basis for self-flowing transport backfilling on-site.
