机械化交叉进路小分段采矿法在镇沅金矿的应用

Application of the small sublevel mining method with mechanized cross access in Zhenyuan Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 针对镇沅金矿采用分段崩落采矿法回采厚度小于6 m矿体时存在的采场回采效率低、工艺较复杂、成本较高等问题,结合矿体开采技术条件,提出了机械化交叉进路小分段采矿法高效开采技术方案,并进行了现场工业试验。试验结果表明:采用该方法能够很好地解决厚度小于6 m矿体的开采问题,技术指标较好,采矿损失率和矿石贫化率分别为14.9 %和9.8 %,值得推广应用。

     

    Abstract: The original sublevel and caving used in Zhenyuan Gold Mine for the extraction of the ore bodies whose thickness is less than 6 m is faced with the problems of low mining capacity,complex technology and high cost.Based on the technical conditions for the ore body extraction,Zhenyuan Gold Mine puts forward the efficient mining technology scheme of the small sublevel mining method with mechanized cross access and carries out field industrial test.The results show that this scheme will solve the problem mining ore body with the thickness less than 6 m,the technical indicators are good.The mining loss rate and the ore dilution rate are 14.9 % and 9.8 % respectively.The scheme is worth promotion.
