反井钻机在通风行人井掘进中的应用

Application of raise boring machine in the excavation of passageway ventilation shaft

  • 摘要: 反井钻机具有对围岩破坏小、安全高效、劳动强度低等优点,被广泛应用于高度大于60 m的天井掘进中。针对苏尼特金曦矿业公司毕力赫矿提升和运输系统具备运输大直径刀盘的条件,采用反井钻机施工通风行人井。详细介绍了钻机的选型和施工工艺过程。工程应用表明:采用反井钻机施工高度超过60 m,直径大于2.0 m的通风行人井具有快速高效、安全可靠等优点,降低了劳动强度,且对围岩影响较小。施工效果较好,可在同类型矿山竖井掘进中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Raise boring machine does little damage to wall rocks,is safe and efficient and requires less labor intensity,so it is widely used in the excavation of raises that are higher than 60 m.Since the hoisting and conveying system in Sunite Jinxi mining company has the capacity to carry large-diameter cutter head,raise boring machine is used to construct passageway ventilation shaft.The paper elaborates the process of the drilling selection and construction.The industrial application shows that in the construction of passageway ventilation shaft higher than 60 m with the diameter over 2.0 m,raise boring machine is fast and efficient,safe and reliable,reduces labor intensity,and has less effect on wall rocks.The construction effect is good and the machine is worth promotion in vertical shaft excavation in similar mines.
