Abstract: A gold ore dressing plant adopted the all-sliming cyanidation CIP gold extraction process with a processing capacity of 3 000 t/d.After process transformation according to production needs,issues such as low leaching efficiency emerged.In order to further improve the production efficiency of the ore dressing plant,a process research on improving the leaching rate was conducted on-site.This study looks into the impact of in-advance leaching on the lea-ching efficiency of the CIP gold extraction process.The results show that after in-advance leaching,the leaching rate in the grinding and classification stage increased from 8.87 % to 26.16 %.The application practice provides reference and guidance for the efficient recovery of gold in similar ore dressing plants.
