大柳行金矿采场结构参数优化

Study on stope structure optimization in Daliuhang Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 针对大柳行金矿进入深部开采,采矿方法变更为上向水平干式充填采矿法日益显现的生产能力不足,地压显现安全问题严重的严峻挑战,通过数值模拟方法,根据矿体赋存状况,建立了三维数值计算模型。依据正交试验的原则,选取9组试验,通过允许位移判据辅以应力判据对模拟结果进行评价。模拟试验结果表明,试验1和试验7的采场压力、位移量要明显优于其他试验方案。从安全及提高矿房生产效率角度分析,最终确定试验7作为最优采场结构参数,即矿房长度60 m,阶段高度40 m,底柱高度4 m。

     

    Abstract: As Daliuhang Gold Mine goes into deep mining,the mining method changes with it into the upward horizontal dry filling,which,however,turns out not very effective in production capacity and makes ground pressure a serious safety problem.The paper by means of numerical simulation established 3D numerical calculation model according to ore body occurrence state.Based on orthogonal experiment principle,9 tests were selected.The simulation results are evaluated by allowable displacement criteria and stress criteria.The simulation test results show that the stope pressure and displacement are far better for No.1 and 7 tests than others.From the perspective of safety and ore room productivity improvement,Test 7 is determined as the optimal stope structure parameter,that is ore room length 60 m,level height 40 m and sill pillar height 4 m.
