Abstract: There are problems such as imbalance between mining and filling,increasing underground drainage water,cemented materials loss,unqualified filling body strength in the Shangzhuang Mining District of Canzhuang Gold Mine.The paper analyzed the problems and their causes in filling system and renovated it：the surface filling stations were redesigned,replacing the horizontal sand cabin by vertical one,selected cemented filling materials and the filling equipment.Industrial application shows that the renovated filling system realized continuous filling with filling capacity reaching 150 m3/h per shift.What’s more,the filling slurry concentration was improved and the drainage time is shortened by nearly a half.The renovation outcome is good and the study can be used as reference by similar mines.
