某多金属矿石混浮尾矿再选强化脱硫试验研究

Experimental study on enhanced desulfurization of tailings from bulk flotation of a polymetallic ore by re-separation

  • 摘要: 针对某多金属矿石锌硫混浮尾矿硫含量高,造成磁铁精矿含硫超标,以及金损失率偏高的问题,进行再选强化脱硫试验研究。结果表明:在预先浮选脱硫最佳工艺条件下,获得了品位铜10.570 %、金56.71 g/t,作业回收率铜25.53 %、金12.88 %的铜精矿;品位硫24.03 %、金12.37 g/t,作业回收率硫32.70 %、金23.33 %的硫精矿,提高了铜、金的综合回收率。同时弱磁选作业磁铁精矿铁品位为65.06 %、含硫仅为0.15 %,提高了磁铁精矿品级。

     

    Abstract: In view of the fact that the high sulfur content in the tailings from bulk flotation of a polymetallic ore results in excessive sulfur content in magnetite concentrate and high loss rate of gold,experimental study on enhanced desulfurization of tailings from bulk flotation of a polymetallic ore by re-separation was carried out.The results show that under the optimal parameters of desulfurization pre-flotation,the copper concentrate with copper grade 10.570 %,gold grade 56.71 g/t,operation copper recovery rate 25.53 % and operation gold recovery rate 12.88 %; sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade 24.03 %,gold grade 12.37 g/t,operation recovery rate of sulfur 32.70 % operation recovery rate of gold 23.33 %,improving the comprehensive recovery rate of copper and gold.At the same time,the magnetite concentrate from low-intensity magnetic separation has an iron grade 65.06 %,sulfur content only 0.15 %,improving the level of magnetite.
