氯化铁比色法测定硫氰酸盐的方法研究

Study of the methods for the determination of thiocyanate by ferric chloride colorimetric method

  • 摘要: 研究建立了铁盐比色法测定水中硫氰酸盐的方法。通过条件实验对显色剂种类及用量、显色剂稀释溶剂、酸度、稳定剂种类及用量、显色反应光照及时间等影响因素进行了优化,成功解决了铁盐比色法稳定性差的问题。该方法的精密度均小于1.50 %,加入标准物质回收率为98.00 %~102.83 %。

     

    Abstract: The study sets up the method to determine thiocyanate in wastewater by ferric salt colorimetric method.The influencing factors such as color-developing agent types and dosage,color-developing agent dilution solvent,acidity,stabilizer types and dosage,chromogenic reaction illumination,and time are optimized in condition tests,successfully solving the poor stability of the ferric salt colorimetric method.The precision of the method is all below 1.50 % and the recovery rate of reference materials is 98.00 %-102.83 %.
