控电位选择性还原生产IC-Au99.99的试验研究与应用

Experimental study and application of IC-Au99.99 production by potential control selective reduction

  • 摘要: 在理论分析王水控电位还原的基础上,确定了选择性还原生产IC-Au99.99的终点电位区间,试验得出了生产IC-Au99.99的最佳条件,即分金液稀释系数2.0、沉降时间18 h、还原速度50 min/釜、还原温度50 ℃、还原终点电位740 mV,在此条件下得到的金粉成色大于99.997 %,金粉质量稳定,并达到IC-Au99.99标准要求,金一次还原率大于96 %,金回收率大于99.99 %。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theoretical analysis of aqua regia reduction by controlling potential,the terminal potential interval of IC-Au99.99 production by selective reduction is determined.The optimum conditions of producing IC-Au99.99 were obtained through the experiment.Under the optimum conditions that the dilution coefficient of gold leaching solution is 2.0,the sedimentation time is 18 h,the reduction rate is 50 minutes per kettle,the reduction temperature is 50 ℃ and the reduction terminal potential is 740 mV.The purity of gold reaches more than 99.997 %,the quality of gold powder is stable and reaches the standard of IC-Au99.99,the primary reduction rate of gold in a single time is more than 96 %,and the recovery rate is greater than 99.99 %.
