小寺沟铜矿选矿试验及优化

Ore-dressing experiments and optimization in Xiaosigou Copper Mine

  • 摘要: 小寺沟铜矿矿石具有性质复杂、铜矿物粒度细、脉石矿物易泥化等特点,选矿难度较大,工业生产铜精矿品位仅约为12 %,铜回收率在50 %左右。为进一步提高铜回收率,在小型试验获得的最佳条件基础上,进行了半工业试验及优化,通过优化磨矿—分级系统、浮选系统及药剂制度,取得了较好的选矿指标,铜精矿平均品位17.64 %,铜平均回收率67.06 %,为工业试验及生产优化奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The copper ore of Xiaosigou Mine has the characteristics of complexity,fine copper mineral grains,easily argillous gangue minerals which make the copper ore difficult to treat.The copper grade is only about 12 % and copper recovery rate is around 50 % for industrial copper concentrates.In order to increase the copper recovery,based on the optimal conditions obtained through bench-scale tests,semi-industrial tests and optimization are carried out,which optimizes grinding-grading system,flotation system and reagent regime and obtains good ore-dressing index:the average copper grade in concentrates is 17.64 % and the average copper recovery rate is 67.06 %.The study lays foundation for industrial tests and production optimization.
