某氰化尾渣浮选提金试验研究

Experimental study on the flotation of gold from certain cyanide tailings

  • 摘要: 以四川某金矿氰化尾渣为研究对象,针对其载金矿物和脉石矿物单一,金品位高(2.40 g/t),载金矿物被氰化物强烈抑制及轻度泥化等特点,确定采用浮选法回收金。经过单因素条件试验确定最佳工艺条件,即磨矿细度-0.074 mm 占65 %,硫酸用量350 g/t,水玻璃用量250 g/t,丁基黄药+丁铵黑药用量(150+75)g/t,经过一次粗选、一次精选、两次扫选闭路试验流程,获得了金品位为94.88 g/t、金回收率为89.68 %的金精矿。

     

    Abstract: Taking the tailings of a gold mine in Sichuan Province after cyanide heap leaching as the research object,which are characterized by single gold-bearing minerals and gangue minerals,high gold grade(2.40 g/t),gold-bearing minerals being  strongly inhibited by cyanide for gold  and light argillization,the study adopted flotation for gold extraction and single-factor condition test to decide optimum process parameters:grinding fineness is 65 %-0.074 mm,sulfuric acid dosage is 350 g/t,sodium silicate dosage is 250 g/t,butyl xanthate+ammonium butylene dosage is (150+75) g/t.Through a once roughing,once cleaning,twice scavenging closed circuit flowsheet,a flotation gold concentrate with gold grade 94.88 g/t and recovery 89.68 % was obtained.
