锚索支护技术在锦丰金矿巷道交岔口的应用

Application of the bolt-rope support technology at the roadway intersection of Jinfeng Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 锦丰金矿岩体整体破碎,节理裂隙发育,采用机械化上向进路胶结充填采矿法开采,井巷工程较多,巷道断面较大,巷道交岔口处暴露面积较大。针对其巷道交岔口等大尺寸工程结构的顶板和犄角处常发生浆皮开裂和垮塌冒落等的支护问题,提出了锚索支护技术,有效提高了支护强度,解决了巷道交岔口处岩体因开挖失稳的难题,长期未发生开裂和变形现象,维持了岩体稳定性,保证了安全高效生产。对类似矿岩条件矿山巷道交岔口锚索支护具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The rocks in Jinfeng Gold Mine are fragmented on the whole and joints and fissures develop.When the rocks are mined by mechanized upward approach cementation filling mining method,the problems occur including excessive roadway engineering,large section area and large exposed area of roadway intersection.In light of the support problems of cracking,collapsing and caving which often occur on the roof and corners at large-sized engineered structures like roadway intersections,the paper proposes bolt-rope support technology,effectively enhancing support strength and solving the problem of destabilized rock mass at the roadway intersection due to excavation.The rock mass after the support has been long without cracking and deformation,keeping stability,and the safe and efficient production is ensured.The research bears guiding significance for bolt-rope support at roadway intersections of mines with similar rock conditions.
