高铜铅贵液除铅试验及工业应用

Experiment and industrial application of lead removal from high copper and lead content pregnant solution

  • 摘要: 山东黄金冶炼有限公司采用氰化、锌粉置换工艺处理高铜铅金精矿,生产中金置换率大幅下降、置换管路严重堵塞。针对这些问题,通过置换影响因素分析和流程考察,确定其主要原因为铅浓度过高,为此进行了除铅试验。工业应用结果表明:采用Na2S沉淀铅的方法,可有效脱除贵液中的铅,保证置换指标;添加Na2S后,贵液中铅质量浓度降低至100 mg/L以下,金置换率由70 %左右提高至95 %左右,同时有效缓解了置换管路堵塞问题。

     

    Abstract: Shandong Gold Smelting Co.,Ltd.uses cyanidation and zinc powder replacement process to treat high copper and lead content gold concentrate,however,the gold replacement rate greatly decreases and replacement pipelines are seriously plugged in production.In view of these problems,analysis of influence factors of replacement and flowsheet investigation are carried out,determining the main reason to be excessive lead content,and correspondingly,lead removal test is carried out.Industrial application results show that Na2S precipitation of lead can effectively strip the pregnant solution of lead,ensuring replacement index; with Na2S added,the lead concentration in pregnant solution can be reduced to below 100 mg/L and the gold replacement rate increases from 70 % to 95 %.At the same time,the plugged replacement pipeline is effectively mitigated.
