Abstract: The waste ore residue stockpile in Wenyugou,Yuling Town,Lingbao City is in large amount,the stockpile body is high and susceptible to geological disasters such as collapse and landslide.During the treatment,a heavy storm struck,damaging the constructing retaining wall and protection dam due to the debris flow followed.According to the terrain of the treatment area and the position of waste ore residue,the treatment project is dominated by obstruction project,followed by restoration project where obstruction dams,retaining walls and transverse sills are constructed,and the residue is cleared.The treatment project achieved good effect and realized ore residue consolidation,gully bed consolidation,and flood drainage trench dredging.
