生物氧化工艺中温度的影响与控制实践

Influence of temperature in biooxidation process and practice of controling

  • 摘要: 生物氧化工艺常用来对难处理金矿石进行预处理,细菌最适宜温度40 ℃~44 ℃。细菌对环境温度反应敏感,温度过低会影响细菌生长及硫化物氧化率;温度过高又会使细菌失去活性,甚至死亡。生产中常设置冷却或加热系统使氧化槽保持最适宜的温度范围,保证细菌的氧化速度。以锦丰矿业公司生物氧化BIOX-工艺生产实践为例,介绍了BIOX-工艺流程及原理,分析了温度的影响及控制方法,总结了BIOX-工艺近年来的温度变化,并分析了温度升高的原因,给出了清除冷却系统垢质、降低温度的方式,为其他黄金生产企业生物氧化工艺温度控制提供了有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Biooxidation pretreatment process is used in refractory gold ores.The optimum temperature for bacteria is 40 ℃-44 ℃.Bacteria are sensitive to ambient temperature.The growth of bacteria and the oxidation rate of sulphide would be impacted in low temperature,while the bioactivity of bacteria is  deactivated or even to death in high temperature.The cooling system or heating sytem is set in bioxidation process to keep the optimum temperature for bacteria and the oxidation rate.The paper takes the production practice of BIOX-biooxidation process in Jinfeng Mining Company,introduces the flowsheet and principle of BIOX process,analyzes the influence of temperature and control measures,summarizes the temperature variation in recent years for BIOX-biooxidation process,analyzes the reason for temperature rise,and proposes the methods for cleaning the scaling in cooling system and lowering temperature.The study provides reference for other gold producers to control the temperature in the biooxidation process.
