Abstract: The conveyor belt is widely used in ore transportation of large-scale mines for its long transportation range,safety,economic applicability.Because of the resonance,the electric motor bearing is frequently down in the steel core transportation operation of conveyor belt in the ore-dressing plant of Inner Mongolia Mining Co.,Ltd..In light of that,the option is:the driving motor station is set up on the ground,the driving device is moved down and the soft start of the frequency converter is adopted.The existing problems are solved fundamentally.The operation rate of the equipment is 98 %.For 3 years,the equipment has been running steadily and is safe and reliable.
