Abstract: The paper introduced X-ray separation technology and the mechanism,organization and functional characteristics of X-ray fluorescence separator,and the pre-concentration process flow.Pre-concentration tests are carried out on the gold ores from Lingbao Jinyuan Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.,lead and zinc ores from Shaanxi,and molybdenum ores from Fujian,obtaining good test indexes.X-ray fluorescence separator is characterized by smart analysis,automatic separation,good adaptability and easy operation,is an effective means for ore pre-concentration and with good application prospects.
