Abstract: The Shouwangfennangou Silver Gold Polymetallic Deposit is located in NE-trending Shouwangfen-Xiaosigou copper-molybdenum metallogenic belt in the northern margin of North China Platform.The Shouwangfen-Xiaosigou Au-Cu-Mo-Ag-Pb-Zn metallogenic prospect area and the periphery of Shouwangfen copper mining area have the superior geological conditions of stratum,structure,magmatic rocks,which are the favorable sections to search for the volcanic-subvolcanic hydrothermal vein type silver gold polymetallic deposits.Based on the study of comprehensive prospecting information on geological characteristics,geophysical and geochemical characteristics,geological characteristics and metallogenic regularity of the deposit,as well as the regional prospecting results,the hydrothermal vein-porphyry type metallogenic pattern of the deposit is determined.The results of the previous work and this study combined shows that this region has the potential to form a medium-large scale silver gold deposit.
