哈萨克斯坦某金矿选矿工艺设计

Mineral processing design of a gold ore in Kazakhstan

  • 摘要: 为有效利用矿产资源,通过对哈萨克斯坦某金矿矿石性质分析、选矿试验研究,设计了合理的选矿工艺流程,3个矿区不同类型矿石进行分别分选。整体设计工艺为两段一闭路破碎,跳汰机重选预先抛尾,一段磨矿后尼尔森选矿机重选回收颗粒金,二段磨矿后浮选获得金精矿、铜精矿和铅精矿。工艺设计充分考虑了工艺流程的灵活性、合理性,为选矿厂选矿工艺设计及工程建设提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: To effectively utilize mineral resources,the paper carried out ore property analysis and experimental study on mineral processing of a gold ore from Kazakhstan,and designed reasonable mineral processing flowsheet in which different ores from 3 mining districts are treated separately.The general design includes two-stage one closed-circuit crushing,tailings pretreatment by jigging,one-stage grinding before Nelson recovery of gold,two-stage grinding before acquisition of gold,copper and lead concentrates by flotation.The design takes into account the flexibility and reasonability of the flowsheet,providing technical support for mineral processing design and engineering construction.
