Abstract: In view of the failure that the skip can not be accurately reset after getting out of the curved rail,and that the skip and the guide wheel loosens up and shifts or even fall off,when the bottom unloading double hook mechanical locking skip is adopted in Canzhuang Gold Mine,an intelligent analysis system for mechanical locking device of hoist skip based on machine vision technology is designed.The working principle,composition and main functions of the system are introduced in detail.The field application shows that the system has the advantages of intelligent processing,high speed,high precision and good stability,and realizes non-contact real-time online monitoring of similar equipment,which is of great practical significance to the safe production of similar equipment.The system takes into account both economic and social benefits,and has a broad prospect of promotion and application.
