基于Flac3D的某矿山开采方案优选及应用

Optimized selection of mining plans in a certain mine based on Flac3D and its application

  • 摘要: 为保证某矿山安全、高效开采,根据该矿山矿体开采技术条件及矿岩物理力学性质,应用Flac3D软件分别对4种开采方案不同采场结构参数进行数值模拟分析,结果表明:开采1 235 m标高以上矿体时,采用采场矿房长40 m,矿房间留2 m连续间柱,顶、底柱2 m的采场结构参数效果最优;开采1 235 m标高以下矿体时,采用充填采矿法最优;符合矿山“安全、高效、低成本、低贫损”的开采理念。研究成果可为该矿山的安全生产提供理论性指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure safe and efficient mining,according to the mining technical conditions of the ore body and the physical and mechanical properties of the ore rock,the Flac3D software was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis on the different stope structure parameters of 4 mining plans.The results show that when mining ore bodies above the elevation of 1 235 m,the offect is the best with stope structure parameters as fallows:the length of the stope is 40 m,the continuous pillar of 2 m is left between ore rooms,and the top and bottom pillars are 2 m;when mining the ore body below the elevation of 1 235 m,the backfill mining method is the best;the mining concept of safe,efficient,low-cost,low-loss is met.The research achievement provides theoretical guidance for the safe production of the mine.
