基于数字摄影测量的岩体结构面信息获取及岩体质量评价

Acquisition of rock mass structural plane information and rock mass quality evaluation based on digital photogrammetry

  • 摘要: 岩体质量评价是地下工程开挖、设计施工及采矿生产活动的重要前提依据。通过采用数字摄影测量技术开展矿岩结构面信息调查和点荷载试验,分别获得了Ⅴ号脉矿岩的结构面特征参数和岩体基本力学参数,而后利用BQ岩体质量评价体系对其进行了岩体质量分级。研究结果表明:Ⅴ号脉矿岩的单轴抗压强度较高,属于硬岩。Ⅴ号脉上盘围岩为Ⅳ级岩体,岩体破碎,岩壁部分区域有明显水滴出现。下盘围岩为Ⅲ级岩体,岩体较完整,水环境较潮湿。矿体整体为Ⅲ级岩体,局部破碎区域为Ⅳ级岩体,岩石坚硬,岩体较破碎,部分区域有明显断层穿过。采用浅孔留矿采矿法回采Ⅴ号脉矿体存在较大的安全隐患,且会使采矿损失贫化增加,建议选择充填采矿法作为此类矿体的回采方案。

     

    Abstract: Rock mass quality evaluation is an important prerequisite for underground engineering excavation,design,construction and mining production.The structural plane characteristic parameters and basic mechanical parameters of V vein ore were obtained by investigating rock structural plane information with digital photogrammetry and point load test,and then the rock mass quality was graded by the BQ rock mass quality evaluation system.The results show that V vein ore is hard rock with high uniaxial compressive strength.The surrounding rock on the upper wall of the V vein is grade Ⅳ rock mass,which is broken,and there are obvious water droplets in some areas of the rock wall.The footwall surrounding rock is grade Ⅲ rock mass with relatively complete rock mass and a humid water environment.The whole ore body is grade Ⅲ rock mass,and the local broken area is grade Ⅳ rock mass,the rock is hard,the rock mass is relatively broken,and there are obvious faults through some areas.The shallow-hole shrinkage mining method for mining V vein ore bodies has great hidden safety risks and will increase mining loss and dilution.Therefore,it is recommended to choose the filling mining method as the mining scheme for this kind of ore body.
