Abstract: In the background of the securitization of state-owned assets and real estate development,the paper analyzes the current status of real estate transaction mode of state-owned mining enterprises,and based on actual situations of state-owned mining enterprises,proposes the innovative securitized transaction mode of real estate development,achieving maximum financial value of state-owned assets and preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets.
