地下金属矿山追踪除尘系统发展现状及未来趋势研究

在地下金属矿山开采中,由于作业地点的特殊性,高浓度粉尘的扩散会严重威胁作业人 员的健康与安全生产,因此高效除尘技术是目前研究与关注的重点之一。系统分析了金属矿山爆 破粉尘特性及扩散、迁移规律,综述了追踪除尘系统的研究进展,即粉尘动态感知方法和智能追踪 控制系统。提出基于光散射原理检测或与静电感知技术结合的感知方法,运用多技术融合的追踪 方式对粉尘进行实时监控与动态预测。通过对比分析国内外金属矿山除尘标准,结合绿色矿山建 设的发展趋势,提出了适用于金属矿山粉尘智能化追踪治理的实施方案,即构建“动态感知—智能 决策—动态监督执行”的智能闭环系统。研究可为地下金属矿山粉尘的高效治理提供技术参考。
Abstract:In underground metal mining, due to the specific characteristics of the work environment, the diffusion of high‐concentration dust poses serious threats to the health of workers and safe production. Therefore, efficient dust removal technology has become a key focus of current research. The characteristics and diffusion‐migration patterns of blast dust in metal mines were systematically analyzed, and the research progress in tracking dust removal systems was reviewed, covering dynamic dust perception methods and intelligent tracking control systems. Perception methods based on light scattering principles or combined with electrostatic sensing were proposed, along with multi‐technology integration for real‐time monitoring and dynamic prediction of dust. By comparing Chinese and international dust control standards for metal mines and aligning with the development trends of green mine construction, an implementation plan for intelligent dust tracking and management in metal mines was proposed, which was to establish an intelligent closed‐loop system featuring "dynamic perception, intelligent decision‐making, and dynamic supervision and execution". This research provides technical reference for the efficient management of dust in underground metal mines.
