液氯化法金精炼工艺优化与实践

Optimization of the gold refining process by liquid chlorination and its practice

  • 摘要: 液氯化法金粉质量受到氯化浸出和还原阶段多种因素的影响。针对中原黄金冶炼厂金粉中杂质银质量分数较高,影响后续金锭的质量,考察了盐酸质量浓度、温度、氧化还原电位等影响因素。通过小型试验及生产实践获得了最佳的工艺条件,即盐酸质量浓度100 g/L,浸出温度85 ℃~90 ℃,终点氧化还原电位690~700 mV,还原温度55 ℃~57 ℃,还原得到的金粉先后用含氯添加剂的溶液和热水洗涤。在此条件下,可以获得金质量分数大于99.998 %、杂质银质量分数在10×10-6以下的金粉,达到国标1号金的要求。

     

    Abstract: The quality of liquid chlorination gold powder is affected by many factors in chlorination leaching and reduction stage.In view of the high content of silver impurity in gold powder in Zhongyuan Gold Smelter,which affects the quality of subsequent gold ingots,the influence factors such as hydrochloric acid concentration,temperature and redox potential were investigated.The optimum technological conditions were obtained through smallscale experiments and production practice.That is,the mass concentration of hydrochloric acid is 100 g/L,the leaching temperature is 85 ℃~90 ℃,the terminal redox potential is 690-700 mV,and the reduction temperature is 55 ℃-57 ℃.The reduced gold powder was washed successively with chlorinecontaining additive solution and hot water.Under these conditions,the gold powders with impurity silver content less than 10×10-6  and gold content greater than 99.998 % can be obtained.It meets the requirement of Gold No.1 of the National Standard.
