含金硫酸烧渣边磨边浸非氰浸金试验研究

Experimental study on non-cyanide extraction of gold from sulfuric acid slag by leaching while grinding

  • 摘要: 采用塔式磨浸机对金品位3.55 g/t,含砷0.19 %,含硫0.80 %的含金硫酸烧渣进行碱式预处理、非氰边磨边浸和搅拌浸出试验研究。结果表明:边磨边浸—搅拌浸出工艺适宜处理该含金硫酸烧渣,在最佳条件下,采用非氰浸金剂JJC,可获得良好指标,金浸出率由常规浸出的74.4 %提高到90.4 %;超细磨边磨边浸可显著提高金的浸出效果。该研究结果可为其他含金烧渣和含金矿石中金的有效回收提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Experimental study,including alkaline pretreatment,non-cyanide leaching while grinding and agitation leaching,is carried out on the sulfuric acid slag containing 3.55 g/t gold,0.19 % arsenic and 0.80 % sulfur in a tower mill.The results show that the leaching while grinding-agitation leaching process is suitable to treat gold-bearing sulfuric acid slag,and under the optimal conditions,with non-cyanide gold extraction agent JJC,the process can obtain good index,increasing gold leaching rate from 74.4 %,which is from conventional leaching,to 90.4 %;ultrafine grinding leaching while grinding can significantly improve gold leaching effect.The research achievement can be used as reference for the effective recovery from other gold-bearing slag and gold ores.
