二段中和法处理生物氧化浸出酸液生产实践

Production practice of two-stage neutralization of acidic solutions generated in biological oxidation leaching

  • 摘要: 三和金业公司生物氧化厂产生的浸出酸液原采用一段中和法处理,存在生产作业成本高,处理后中和液环保指标偏高等问题。通过工艺技术分析,论证了采用重质碳酸钙+粉灰二段中和法处理生物氧化浸出酸液的可行性,试验确定了该工艺最佳运行指标,并成功应用于生产实践。工业实践表明:二段中和法实现了中和作业成本大幅降低的目的,且改善了中和液环保指标,具有显著的经济效益和环保效益。

     

    Abstract: The production cost is high and the treated neutralized solutions have slightly substandard environmental index when one-stage neutralization treatment is used to treat the oxidation leaching acidic solutions generated in the biological oxidation plant of Sanhe Gold Industry Co.,Ltd..Technical analysis demonstrates the feasibility of a heavy calcium carbonate+quick lime two-stage neutralization to treat biological oxidation leaching acidic solutions.The test determines the optimal operation index of the process that is successfully applied in practice.Industrial practice shows that the two-stage neutralization process reduced the operation cost greatly,improved the environmental index of the neutralized solution,and had evident economic and environmental benefits.
