基于高压辊磨水泥微制粒的堆浸技术试验研究及工程实践

Experimental research on heap leaching technology based on high pressure roller mill plus cement microgranulation and its engineering practice

  • 摘要: 金川矿业公司矿石为低品位难选冶金矿石,矿石硬度大、难破碎,破碎机衬板磨蚀快,且矿石中金以微细粒为主,金浸出率低,平均为57 %左右。针对生产中存在的问题,在小型试验研究的基础上,采用高压辊磨机+水泥微制粒技术,解决了矿石磨蚀性问题,且大幅度降低了产品粒度,提高了生产能力,由544万t/a提高到645万t/a;同时采用水泥微制粒工艺,解决了粒度变细带来的渗透性问题,金浸出率提高了10百分点,年新增效益约12 107万元,为类似矿山生产工艺优化改进提供了有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The ores in Jinchuan Mining Company belong to low-grade refractory gold ores that are hard and difficult to crush making crushers easily wear,and the gold in the ores is dominated by microfine grains resulting in low gold leaching rate averaging about 57 %.To solve these production problems,based on lab scale tests,high pressure roller mill+cement microgranulation technology is employed,solving the wearing problems due to the ore property and greatly reducing the product grain size,improving the production capacity from 5.44 Mt/a to 6.45 Mt/a;at the same time the cement microgranulation technology is used to solve the permeability due to shrinking grain size,improving gold leaching rate by 10 percentage points,creating 121.07 million yuan more profits annually.The research can be used as reference for production process optimization in similar mines.
