Abstract: While technical and economic indexes are gradually improving and the production equipment is upgrading,the production organization in mines is becoming important factor that restricts the production efficiency of Tongman open-pit mine.The factors that affect production efficiency are analyzed from the perspective of production organization and management,and the production organization in mines are optimized by optimizing dining manners,adjusting lubricat-ing oil addition time,changing shifting mode and adjusting maintenance staff working time.After optimization,the annual mining and stripping capacity is expected to increase by over 800 000 m3.The optimization can be used as reference for production organization and management by similar open-pit mines.
