Abstract:
Experimental study was carried out on the roasting oxidation-cyanidation gold leaching process for the treatment of a complex and refractory gold concentrate in Gansu.Through condition optimization test, the optimal parameters for the oxidative roasting are determined. When the gold concentrate has a grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounting for 79.24 %,the first-stage roasting is conducted at a temperature of 550 °C,with an oxygen content of 10 % in aeration and a roasting time of 1.0 h.The second-stage roasting is conducted at a temperature of 650 °C,with an oxygen content of 21 % in aeration and a roasting time of 1.0 h.Under these conditions, the arsenic, carbon, and sulfur removal rates in the roasted slag 89.22 %,72.05 %,and 95.51 %,respectively, and the gold leaching rate is 83.76 %.
