Abstract: The maximization of equipment benefits is the primary goal of equipment management in most enter-prises and the equipment point inspection is the main means to realize it.The paper analyzes the problems facing modernized equipment operation management and the many shortcomings of conventional equipment,based on the case study of a nonferrous metal mine in Yunnan,introduces an equipment point inspection management system based on informatization.The system can effectively improve equipment management efficiency,lower maintenance frequency and reduce operation cost.
