M90型阻垢剂在堆浸提金工艺中的应用研究

新疆金川公司采用堆浸滴淋浸金、炭吸附、解吸、电解的提金工艺流程。在堆浸浸金过 程中,添加石灰保持堆浸工艺所需的碱性环境,避免矿石中的硫氧化后使矿堆内部酸化。但石灰 中的钙离子和堆浸过程中已产生的贱金属离子会随着浸出液的循环使用不断累积,并在碱性条件 下或暴露在空气中形成沉淀物,其中钙离子的沉淀物(CaCO3、CaSO4)含量最高,这些沉淀物会堵塞 滴淋管、包裹载金炭,影响整体吸附、冶炼指标。针对此情况,新疆金川公司进行了大量的研究和 试验,最终选用FLOSPERSE系列M90型阻垢剂,该阻垢剂能够破坏结垢物的晶格或与钙、镁离子 形成螯合物增加结垢溶解度,并且在添加量为3×10-6时,能明显稳定浸出液中钙、镁离子及其他杂 质离子,延长滴淋管使用时间50 d以上,滴淋管滴头堵塞率由约30 %降低至不足10 %,脱金炭酸 洗消耗量降低了31 kg/t,应用效果显著。
Abstract:Xinjiang Jinchuan Mining Co., Ltd. adopted a gold extraction process flow of heap leaching, carbon adsorption, desorption, and electrolysis. During the heap leaching process, lime was added to maintain the alkaline environment required for the process and to prevent the acidification of the heap due to the oxidation of sulfur in the ore. However, the calcium ions in the lime and the base metal ions generated during the leaching process continuously accumulate with the recycling of the leachate. These ions, under alkaline conditions or when exposed to air, form precipitates, with calcium ions(CaCO3 and CaSO4)being the most abundant. These precipitates can clog the drip pipes and encapsulate the gold‐loaded carbon, affecting the overall adsorption and smelting performance. In response to this situation, Xinjiang Jinchuan Mining Co., Ltd. conducted extensive research and experiments, ultimately selecting the FLOSPERSE series M90 scale inhibitor. This scale inhibitor can disrupt the lattice structure of the scale or form chelates with calcium and magnesium ions to increase the solubility of the scale. When added at a dosage of 3×10-6, it significantly stabilizes the calcium, magnesium, and other impurity ions in the leachate, extending the service life of the drip pipes by more than 50 days. The clogging rate of the drip pipe nozzles decreases from approximately 30 % to less than 10 %, and the consumption of gold‐loaded carbon for acid washing is reduced by 31 kg/t, showing a significant application effect.
