国外某高硫金矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental study on the beneficiation of an overseas gold ore with high sulfur content

  • 摘要: 国外某金矿石含硫高,黄铁矿和毒砂含量高,金以微细粒状包裹于硫化矿物中。针对矿石性质,进行了浮选-精矿再磨再选试验研究。结果表明:在最佳条件下,闭路试验可获得金品位25.01 g/t、金回收率72.74 %的金精矿1,金品位11.06 g/t、金回收率21.18 %的金精矿2。研究结果为该金矿资源的开发利用提供技术依据,也为其他同类金矿选矿工艺选择提供参考。

     

    Abstract: An overseas gold ore has high sulfur content.Pyrite and arsenopyrite contents are high.Gold is wrapped in form of microfine particles in sulfide minerals.Based on the ore properties,an experimental study on the process of flotation-concentrate re-grinding and re-processing is carried out.The results show that under optimal conditions,the closed circuit test can obtain gold concentrate 1 with a gold grade of 25.01 g/t and a gold recovery rate of 72.74 %,and gold concentrate 2 with a gold grade of 11.06 g/t and a gold recovery rate 21.18 %.The research result can provide technical references for the development and utilization of the gold ore resources and can be used as a reference for the mineral processing selection of other gold ores of the same type.
