Abstract: The paper searched and analyzed statistically the patents related to the 4 biggest gold groups in China,compared the patent application status,patent technology portfolio,applicant distribution and technology domain,and patent technology value of the 4 biggest gold groups,revealed the individual technological development advantages and layout trend,and provided reference and guidance for reasonable layout and innovative adjustment of patented technology between the 4 biggest gold groups and other gold enterprises.
