Abstract: Now that the technologies of internet,IoT and big data are widely used and the logistics intensification degree is increasing,cost reduction by scale effect has great practical significance in promoting enterprise development.The paper introduced the logistics service platform and profit source,and according to the characteristics of China Gold Group which has lots of owned companies and disperse logistics businesses,proposed the idea of constructing the logistics service platform for China Gold Group,analyzed the management content of the logistics service platform,and offered advice on the construction of the logistics service platform.The study provides reference for the optimization of logistics resource allocation,improvement of logistics operation efficiency,reduction of logistics cost and improvement of logistics management level for China Gold Group.
