江西金山金矿湾家坞矿区井下通风系统优化模拟研究

Simulation of the underground ventilation system optimization in Wanjiawu Mining Area,Jinshan Gold Mine,Jiangxi

  • 摘要: 针对江西金山金矿湾家坞矿区存在的通风系统漏风严重,主扇运转困难等问题,提出了用风段分区通风系统优化技术方案,通过Ventsim三维通风数值模拟软件建立井下通风三维模型,并进行了通风模拟与通风网络解算。模拟解算结果表明:用风段分区通风系统通风效果良好,可以较好地改善井下空气质量,能够避免能见度低带来的安全隐患,改善井下作业人员的工作环境,可为江西金山金矿通风系统改造提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The air leaks and the main fan malfunctions in the ventilation system of Wanjiawu Mining Area,Jinshan Gold Mine,Jiangxi.In view of that,the paper proposed the technical optimization plan of sectioned ventilation system in ventilation section,established underground 3D ventilation model with Ventsim 3D ventilation numerical simulation software and the ventilation simulation and ventilation network calculation.The simulation results show that the sectioned ventilation system in ventilation section has good ventilation performance,can improve underground air quality,is able to avoid the safety risks caused by poor visibility,ensures the working environment for underground staff and can provide theoretical basiss for the renovation of ventilation system in Jinshan Gold Mine,Jiangxi.
