锌冶炼渣资源化利用试验研究

Experimental research on utilization of zinc smelting slag as resources

  • 摘要: 锌冶炼渣作为重要的二次资源,含有大量有价金属,具有资源化利用价值。某锌冶炼企业产生的锌冶炼渣中银品位418 g/t,铅品位8.98 %,采用氯盐法浸出回收铅和银。试验分别考察了氯化钠、氯酸钠、盐酸用量,浸出温度、时间和液固比等对铅和银浸出率的影响。结果表明:在氯化钠用量410 g/L,盐酸用量10 mL,液固比9∶1,浸出温度90 ℃的条件下充分浸出2.5 h,铅和银的浸出率分别为95.4 %和90.5 %。

     

    Abstract: As important secondary resource,zinc smelting slag contains a large amount of valuable metals,making it worth utilizing as resources.For the waste slag produced by a domestic zinc smelting enterprise,the silver grade is 418 g/t and the lead grade is 8.98 %.The lead and silver are leached and recovered by the chloride salt method.The effects of the amount of sodium chloride,sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid,leaching temperature,leaching time and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of lead and silver were investigated respectively.The best process conditions are as follows:sodium chloride dosage is 410 g/L,hydrochloric acid dosage is 10 mL,liquid-solid ratio is 9∶1,and leaching temperature is 90 ℃ for full leaching for 2.5 h.Under the best conditions,the leaching rates of lead and silver are 95.4 % and 90.5 %,respectively.
