复合型支护技术在甲玛铜多金属矿软弱破碎岩体掘进中的应用

Application of composite support technology in excavation of vulnerable and broken rock mass in Jiama Copper Polymetallic Mine

  • 摘要: 针对软弱破碎岩体,目前已形成了多种支护施工工艺,极大地保证了巷道掘进及使用过程中的安全。由于甲玛铜多金属矿特有的地质成矿类型,在巷道掘进施工中存在大量不良工程地质体,给地下工程的安全施工与使用造成了极大的困难。在对甲玛铜多金属矿区软弱破碎岩体工程地质进行充分研究的基础上,提出了中深孔注浆、小导管注浆、超前小管棚等裂隙岩体加固方式,并最终形成了复合型巷道支护技术,成功应用在甲玛铜多金属矿开拓工程支护过程中,取得了良好的工程效果。

     

    Abstract: For the vulnerable and broken rock mass,a variety of support construction techniques have been formed,greatly ensuring the safety of roadway excavation and use.Due to the unique geological and metallogenic type in Jiama Copper Polymetallic Mine,there are a large number of unfavorable engineering geological bodies in the roadway excavation construction,which has caused great difficulties in the safe construction and use of underground engineering.Based on the thorough study of the engineering geology of vulnerable and broken rock mass in Jiama Copper Polymetallic Mine,this paper puts forward the reinforcement methods of fractured rock mass,such as medium-long hole grouting,small pipe grouting,advanced small pipe shed,etc.,and finally forms the composite roadway support structure,which has been successfully applied in the development and support process of Jiama Copper Polymetallic Mine and has achieved good engineering effect.
